I dissassemble clipper blades, clean all components in an ultrasonic cleaner, sharpen the edge with a Nebraska CS-101 sharpening machine, demagnetize the blade, reassemble, then check and adjust the spring tension. Blades will be returned to you within factory spec and sharpness, and my clients often tell me the blades are sharper then when they were new.
