Knives dropped off at my shop are usually turned around within 24 hours, but if you need them same day I can usually accomodate.
To further minimize downtime, ask me about sharpening at your restaurant or kitchen. I require a minimum of 15 knives for on-site sharpening.
$2 per inch of knife, which includes any needed minor repairs to edge or tip.
